Orders 

To place your order, please select the products you wish to purchase and add them to the basket. You can review your basket before completing your order. If the products are available, you will receive an automatic email with information regarding the preparation of your order. You'll be informed about the status and you will get an email confirmation on the address indicated in your account details. 

 

Payments methods

We accept PayPal, which is safe and easy to use. You can also pay with a credit card - we accept Mastercard, Visa, and American Express. If you have any difficulties, please contact us.

 

Currency 

All our prices are in euros (€). The prices of the products are as specified on our website (VAT included) and we reserve the right to modify these at any time. Shipping costs and customs duties are not included in the price.

 

Shipping 

We ship worldwide. Shipping is charged at a cost, as it appears on your order. The rates are listed below.

Standard international shipping: €15.00

 

Standard domestic shipping for Slovenia: €4.50

 

Express shipping: In case you would like to get your product faster, we can arrange express/priority shipping. Please message us at hello@lelleandme.com.

 

Delivery

Slovenia: after dispatching your order, you will receive it within 3 - 12 working days.

UK and EU countries: after dispatching your order, you will receive it within 5 - 12 working days.

WORLDWIDE: after dispatching your order, you will receive it within 5 - 21 working days.

 

Please also note delivery can take longer due to customs and over the holiday periods.

Once an item has shipped, Lelle and me is not responsible for any lost, damaged, or stolen packages. Lelle and me is not responsible for incorrect shipping addresses, no refund, for this reason, will be made. Please make sure to enter the correct shipping address.

 

Buyer is responsible for all international customs/fees. The cost will vary by location, so please research your country’s policy before purchasing. Marking the item as a "gift” is not possible and the correct value of shipment will be entered.

 

All customers must pay VAT applicable to their area. Please be informed, that you remain responsible for the duties and customs applicable to your country upon receipt of the parcel. 

 

Dispatch

Orders will be processed within 3 to 5 working days following the order. You will receive an email confirmation when your order is shipped. In peak periods or release of larger collections processing time may be longer. 

 

Returns and exchanges

If you are not happy with the purchase please do get in touch immediately. We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Please follow the below steps:
1. Please email us at: hello@lelleandme.com with your order number and reason for return or exchange.
2. Wrap up your item securely in original packaging.
3. Post your parcel and always keep your proof of postage.
Please post your goods back to us within 14 days of receipt. We recommend using a tracked service as we cannot be held responsible for items that do not arrive to us.

If a returned Item is shipped internationally, please clearly mark the package "RETURNED GOODS" to avoid any Custom fees. Lelle and me is not responsible for any return custom charges made. Any charges incurred are the responsibility of the customer.

 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
